At The Bloom Room, clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists is now available, offering a reflective, relational space to think about your work, your clients, and yourself within the process.
My supervision model is rooted in:
Supervision with me will not solely be about “getting it right.” It will be a space to slow things down, explore uncertainty, grow and to make sense of what is unfolding in the therapeutic relationship.
My supervisor training brings together theoretical understanding, experiential learning, and live supervisory practice. This approach recognises supervision as a multi-layered process, exploring not only the client material, but what is happening between therapist and client, and within the therapist themselves..
I offer online supervision on Monday's, with a combination of group and individual formats:
My training includes working with both individual and group supervision formats, allowing me to offer spaces that meet different learning and reflective needs.
This may be particularly beneficial for those working with:
It is also well suited to therapists who are:
Alongside my supervision training, I bring over 6 years of experience in private practice, with more than 4,500 client hours working with a wide range of presentations, including complex trauma, SA and DV, attachment difficulties, and relational complexity.
My work is grounded in an integrative, attachment-informed approach, supported by EMDR practice and a strong focus on nervous system awareness. This allows me to support therapists in thinking both psychologically and somatically about their client work.
I also have experience supporting therapists in developing their own private practice, including navigating the practical, ethical, and emotional aspects of working independently.
What I bring into supervision is not just experience, but a way of thinking, one that is curious, grounded, and focused on helping you make sense of what is happening in your work, rather than simply finding solutions.
Supervision is not just about oversight or case management. It is a cornerstone of safe, ethical and effective practice, supporting both client wellbeing and therapist development
In line with my therapeutic work, supervision will focus on:
This is a collaborative, non-hierarchical space — where curiosity is valued over certainty.
Supervision spaces will open as my training progresses.
